Our client, a highly regarded Midtown law firm with a nationally recognized Construction practice, is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join its team. The role offers direct client relationships, access to experienced leadership and the opportunity to become part of the next generation of an established practice.
Candidates must have six or more years of construction transactional experience representing owners, developers and other real estate industry participants, with strong drafting and negotiation skills. Experience with access and license agreements, adjoining property matters or RPAPL 881 is particularly relevant.
The firm offers an annual base salary of $255K to $295K+, a generous bonus and an outstanding benefits package. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York. This position is particularly well suited to someone who wants their next move to provide room for continued professional growth and a long term future within the practice.
