Our client, an entrepreneurial and expanding Northern New Jersey law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its growing Corporate and Business Law Practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with experienced partners representing entrepreneurs, founders, privately held businesses, investors, and middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and a broad range of business matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong transactional training gained at a midsized firm, busy boutique, or established corporate practice, with meaningful experience drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, managing transaction components, and advising clients on corporate and commercial matters. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business formations, equity arrangements, and ongoing business counseling is particularly desirable.

New Jersey Bar admission is required, and New York Bar admission is preferred. Compensation ranges from $185K to $215K, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive performance bonus, outstanding health benefits, and a hybrid work environment.
