This is an opportunity to build your practice representing founders, family owned businesses, privately held companies, investors, and middle market businesses on mergers and acquisitions, outside general counsel matters, and the strategic legal issues that shape growing companies.
You should have meaningful experience handling sophisticated corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, governance matters, and ongoing business counseling for privately held companies. More importantly, you enjoy working directly with clients, understanding their businesses, solving problems, and providing practical legal advice that helps them make better business decisions. You want to be viewed as a trusted advisor, not simply the lawyer who drafts the documents.
