A wonderful opportunity to work side by side with practice group heads, including the managing partner of mid-sized, general practice firm. They are seeking a well experienced, well trained Tax Associate to add to their thriving Tax practice. Ideal candidates should have an LLM in Tax as well as law degree and experience with executive compensation matters and relevant tax issues.
The role represents and terrific mix of mentoring with direct, broad based work on general transactional tax and executive compensation matters including Stock Options, Deferred Comp., Profits Interests, Bonus Plans & Severance plans.
You must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a mid-sized or larger, “client-centric” law firm environment to be considered for this role. Partner candidates with verifiable portable books of business will be considered as well.
