Our client, a firm representing mid-to-large market employers, is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in management side labor and employment matters to add to their successful Labor and Employment practice group. The ideal candidate must have measurable experience in matters of advice & counsel as well as compliance & employment litigation.
This associate will cover a broad spectrum of matters, including defending management against claims of discrimination and retaliation to wage and hour disputes in state and federal courts. Advice and counsel experience in drafting employment agreements, policy handbooks and other agreements on behalf of employers is required.
