This is a unique opportunity for a mid-career partner with existing portable business to join a progressive general practice firm with an already successful commercial Real Estate group. This multigenerational team is bullish on 2024 and beyond, adding to their team, serving owners and developers of commercial Real Estate in New York and around the country.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Real Estate transactions representing developers, property owners, contractors, asset managers and investors in acquisitions, leasing, sales and joint ventures for commercial and mixed-use properties.
The firms’ commitment to business development and attorney branding ensures long term success for the firm, its clients and the acquired Partner . A measurable & portable book of business, a pipeline of contacts for business development, as well as a demonstrated ability to work across practices with other group chairs and key partners are all required for consideration. Small firms and practice groups may also be of interest to the firms’ entrepreneurially minded management team.
Compensation is experience and client matter origination dependent and includes salary of 300K- 400K+, bonus, solid benefits and wellness program.
