Our client, a highly regarded firm in Morristown, New Jersey, is seeking a Litigation Counsel with seven or more years of experience to join its growing litigation practice. Working alongside a rising and busy employment and commercial litigator with a thriving management side practice, this opportunity is designed for a serious minded attorney who has already built a strong litigation foundation and is ready for a larger platform offering greater responsibility, visibility, and long term professional growth.
The practice represents employers, business owners, and companies in a broad range of employment and commercial disputes. You will work directly with firm leadership on sophisticated matters, contribute meaningfully to litigation strategy, deepen client relationships, and play an important role in the continued growth of the practice.
You should have experience handling employment and commercial litigation matters through all phases of the litigation process, along with the confidence, judgment, and advocacy skills necessary to independently manage sophisticated matters while collaborating closely with firm leadership. First chair or significant second chair experience is strongly preferred.
