Law Firm Partner – Labor and Employment

An opportunity to join the robust Labor & Employment practice group of a remarkably successful midsized firm. Continuing their growing trajectory as a top tier rated practice and firm, they are seeking an established Partner with expertise in management side labor (including labor union work) and employment matters, whose current clients would benefit from the “financial and result value” of their move to this entrepreneurial environment of sophisticated work and great people.

Advice and counsel experience in drafting employment agreements, policy handbooks and other agreements on behalf of employers is required. Labor union representation is preferred but not required. In addition, experience in matters relating to compliance & employment litigation is also required.

The Partner must have a history of managing their originated work with a team of high performers, internally and externally, while managing client expectations and deliverables. A measurable & portable book of business, a pipeline of contacts for business development, as well as a demonstrated ability to work across practices with other group chairs and key partners are all required for consideration.

Compensation is experience and client matter origination dependent and includes salary of 400K- 450K+, bonus, solid benefits package and wellness program. The firm is defined by its supportive business development commitment and unlimited opportunities as they continue to grow.
