Our client, an upscale and steadily ascending Labor & Employment firm in Northern New Jersey, is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner with a minimum of seven years of experience working with corporate clients, small businesses, founders, and leadership teams. Although a book of existing business is welcome, it is not a requirement for this role. Most important is experience in a busy Labor & Employment practice, bringing a solutions-oriented approach to navigating complex employment issues.

In this role, you will work closely with the firm’s leading partners and integrate into a highly active, well-established workflow driven by the matters and longstanding clients of the leadership team. This position is designed for an attorney with strong advice and counsel experience across workplace policies, employee classifications, wage and hour issues, accommodations, investigations, training, compliance, and risk-mitigation strategies.

Compensation includes salary ($200K-to-$240K) plus a percentage of originations, annual bonus, and an excellent benefits package.
