The ideal candidate must have measurable experience with management side labor and employment advice and counsel, as well as substantial litigation experience including employment discrimination and sexual harassment defense, and wage and hour defense in both federal and state court, and before federal, state and local administrative agencies. You must be someone who can work well under pressure while managing multiple matters, able to prioritize and execute client work.
