Our client, a highly regarded, mid-sized general practice firm is seeking a management side Labor & Employment Partner to add to their robust Labor and Employment practice. Although a substantial book of portable business is required for consideration, it is not the only measure of potential for the right candidate, as the firm adds to its bench. A balanced culture, great people doing top tier work for mid-market clients and a savvy leadership team define this firm as one of the industry leaders in the marketplace today.

The ideal candidate must have measurable experience with management side labor and employment advice and counsel, as well as substantial litigation experience including employment discrimination and sexual harassment defense, and wage and hour defense in both federal and state court, and before federal, state and local administrative agencies. You must be someone who can work well under pressure while managing multiple matters, able to prioritize and execute client work. Writing skills, strong presentation abilities and the ability to communicate effectively with constituents inside and outside the firm are required. This Labor and Employment group represent an opportunity for the ideal candidate to join a team of senior partners, mid-career partners and associates.
