A minimum of two (2) years of measurable experience with management side labor and employment issues including employment discrimination and sexual harassment defense, and wage and hour defense in both federal and state court are required. Superior research and writing abilities and strong presentation abilities to communicate effectively with constituents inside and outside the firm are required.
