Our client, a highly regarded mid-sized general practice firm, is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Partner with 10+ years of experience in a busy IP practice. The firm values forward-thinking attorneys who view IP as both protection and a catalyst for business strategy and growth.
The ideal candidate will have broad-based experience across areas such as patent prosecution, IP litigation, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, technology transactions, portfolio management, and brand protection. While a portable book of business of seven figures or more is preferred, it is not the only measure of success. The firm seeks partners with strong business-development skills, the ability to cultivate client relationships, and the foresight to identify and promote cross-selling opportunities across its established corporate, litigation, and technology practices.

Compensation includes a base salary of $300K–$400K, plus generous bonuses, origination credit, and a superior benefits package.
