Top mid-sized firm, representing mid-to-large market clients, is seeking an associate with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in management side labor and employment matters. Joining their highly successful and robust Labor and Employment practice group, this role is a broadly focused position with exposure across the full spectrum of employment law.
Ideal candidate must have measurable experience in matters of advice & counsel as well as those relating to compliance & employment litigation, from defending management against claims of discrimination and retaliation to wage and hour disputes in state and federal courts. Advice and counsel experience in drafting employment agreements, policy handbooks and other agreements on behalf of employers is required.
