Growing firm is seeking a 4th to 8th year Corporate Transactional Associate with meaningful corporate transactional experience to join their busy and expanding business transactions practice in North Central, New Jersey, serving closely held businesses throughout the region. The Associate will work directly with founders, owners, and privately held companies on strategic corporate matters and sophisticated business transactions, gaining early client exposure and meaningful responsibility in deal execution.
The Associate will handle corporate matters including entity formation and governance, ownership restructurings, commercial agreements, strategic business counseling, and transactional work for growing companies. Experience with M&A transactions is a plus. The Associate will participate in negotiations and manage significant portions of transactions earlier than is typical in larger institutional environments.

Admission in New Jersey is required; New York admission is optional. Compensation includes a base salary ( $180K to $210K++), plus bonus, 401(k), health coverage, and additional benefits.
