Our client, a respected and growing Intellectual Property practice is seeking a Senior Associate with seven or more years of substantive trademark litigation experience to join a highly active IP group handling sophisticated brand disputes. This opportunity is designed for litigators who have already built strong hands on experience in trademark matters leading motions, depositions, and discovery, and who are ready to expand the scope of their practice within a collaborative platform serving a diverse and sophisticated client base.
Working closely with the Chair of the Intellectual Property Group and others, the Senior Associate will handle complex trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, and related IP disputes in federal and state courts and before the TTAB. The practice offers consistent exposure to contested enforcement matters across industries and provides meaningful responsibility in litigation strategy, discovery management, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.
The group operates in a collaborative, non-siloed environment where experienced associates take visible ownership of matters and build direct relationships with clients. This position offers a genuine opportunity for long-term advancement within the practice group and the firm, including partner track consideration over time. Compensation includes a competitive salary ($255K to $275K+), generous hours based bonus and excellent comprehensive benefits package. Admission in New York is required.
