Our client is a boutique, modern law firm, and they are seeking an experienced, hands-on Office Manager to own and execute the firm’s day-to-day operations. Based in Morristown, New Jersey, the firm is intentional about building strong internal systems so attorneys and staff can focus on their work within an environment that is organized, reliable, and well run. The Office Manager will play a central role in the people facing side of the firm, managing onboarding and offboarding, supporting recruiting logistics, coordinating performance review processes, and overseeing administrative client intake and internal handoffs. You will also supervise and support the billing function, review billing and expense reports for accuracy, and help prepare internal communications, meetings, and operational materials that keep the firm aligned and informed.
This role also owns the firm’s daily office and operational infrastructure, including facilities and vendor management, office systems and equipment, parking and security access, and maintaining a professional, client ready office environment. You will serve as the primary operational coordinator, working closely with firm leadership and supervising administrative staff to ensure consistency, follow through, and clear accountability across the office.
The ideal candidate will have 3-to-7 years of experience in office management or operations administration within a law firm or other professional services firm, only. Compensation includes a base salary of $90K-$105K plus bonus and an excellent benefits package, including a 401(k) with match, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid parking, and weekly firm-provided meals.
